It is published by a former European project partner for the purpose of documenting unresolved business cases and receiving submissions from directly involved clients, suppliers and collaborators.

AZbar Europe – Public Notice and Call for Documented Business Cases

A website dedicated to collecting, reviewing and consolidating documented business cases connected with previous activities, business representation, equipment sales, receipt of goods and unfulfilled business obligations related to AZbar and all associated projects represented, conducted or presented by Berislav Kekez.

According to publicly available business and court registers, activities associated with the AZbar.hr platform and name were previously conducted through two legal entities, both of which subsequently became subject to bankruptcy proceedings. Equipment of the same or a comparable type continues to be presented and offered on the market, including to the same target group of clients to whom it had previously been offered.

This information is published for the purpose of documenting the continuity of business activities and establishing verifiable facts. It does not constitute a predetermined conclusion regarding the legal or personal liability of any individual or entity.

Public Notice

This website serves to collect and consolidate documented business cases connected with previous activities, business representation, the sale or development of equipment, receipt of goods, unfulfilled obligations and other business activities related to AZbar, represented by Berislav Kekez, as well as other associated individuals, companies and projects conducted, presented or negotiated by Berislav Kekez, regardless of whether he is formally authorised to represent the company on whose behalf he presents himself.

The purpose of this website is not to insult, exert pressure, encourage public harassment or prejudge the legal responsibility of any person or company.

Its purpose is to protect businesses, collect documentation and enable individuals and companies with similar experiences to connect and, where necessary, organise the protection of their rights.

Important Notice

Submitted reports will not be published automatically.

Only information supported by appropriate documentation, business correspondence, delivery evidence, invoices, agreements, payment reminders or other verifiable evidence will be considered.

Any individual or company that believes it has been referred to has the right to submit a statement, correction, denial or additional documentation.

If an individual case is published, it will be presented in a measured manner, with a clear distinction between documented facts, claims made by the reporting party and the response of the other party.

Call for Individuals and Companies

We invite individuals and legal entities with a documented business case related to AZbar, associated individuals, companies or projects to provide us with basic information and the available documentation.

A report may concern:

  • unpaid goods or equipment that were delivered,
  • unpaid commissions or agreed fees,
  • goods received through third parties or companies,
  • unfulfilled business arrangements or contractual obligations,
  • disputed deliveries, orders or business relationships,
  • unclear or inaccurate representation in business communications,
  • the use of third-party companies, contacts or resources without settlement of the related obligations,
  • other documented business losses or damage.

The submission of a report does not mean that the allegations have been confirmed. Each case will be reviewed separately on the basis of the documentation provided.

What Documentation Can You Submit?

Please provide only documents and information that are relevant to the specific business relationship.

  • contracts and documented business agreements,
  • quotations, purchase orders and pro forma invoices,
  • issued or received invoices,
  • payment reminders and formal notices,
  • business correspondence by email,
  • relevant messages from communication applications,
  • evidence of delivery or receipt of goods,
  • payment confirmations or statements related to the specific obligation,
  • photographs of goods or equipment,
  • written statements from witnesses or involved business representatives.

Do not submit passwords, full payment card details, private medical information or documents unrelated to the reported case.

How Does the Process Work?

  1. Submission of a report – you provide a basic description of the case through a private email below.
  2. Documentation review – the submitted materials are reviewed to determine whether basic documentation supporting the claims is available.
  3. Additional information – where necessary, we may request clarification or additional documents.
  4. Connecting related cases – individuals and companies with similar documented experiences may be connected with their prior consent.
  5. Right of reply – the other party may submit its statement and supporting documentation.
  6. Further action – the documentation may be used to protect legal rights, obtain professional or legal advice and, where appropriate, initiate relevant proceedings.

Privacy and Data Protection

The submitted information and documents will be used exclusively for receiving, reviewing and documenting reported business cases, connecting relevant parties where an appropriate legal basis exists, protecting legal rights and, where necessary, taking legal action.

Private addresses, personal identification documents, private telephone numbers, bank details, signatures and other information that is not necessary for understanding the case will not be published.

Before any potential public disclosure, documents will be reviewed and, where necessary, anonymised or redacted to remove information that is not relevant to the public interest or the specific business case.

Right of Reply, Correction and Statement

Any individual or company that believes a submitted report or published information refers to them has the right to provide:

  • a written statement,
  • a correction of inaccurate information,
  • a denial of a specific allegation,
  • additional business documentation,
  • evidence that an obligation has been settled,
  • an explanation of the circumstances surrounding the specific business relationship.

All statements will be reviewed before the public disclosure of an individual case or, where content has already been published, when assessing whether that content should be supplemented, amended or removed.

Submit a Documented Business Case

Please describe the case clearly, chronologically and without using insulting language. State what was agreed, what was completed, which obligation was not fulfilled and what supporting documentation is available.

Declaration of the Reporting Party

By submitting a report, the reporting party confirms that the information provided is true to the best of their knowledge and that they have the right to submit the attached documentation.

The reporting party acknowledges that submitting a report does not guarantee public disclosure or the initiation of legal proceedings.
